Part-time employees would have access to the same benefits, but would pay for them. 2. Under discussion is tuition benefit. Probably would have half tuition for employee Suggestion of part-time employee children would receive half tuition Possibility research and post-docs get health and dental 7. New health care reform laws, full-time Put in place and is complete Professional development eligible full-time employee can access more education or education to improve their job, 12 credit limit previously. If job related, will now be able to take more than 12 credit hours of study. 8. Tobacco-free campus (informally done) Less than 50 people (faculty/staff) that actually smoke on campus Costs institution $5,800 more than a person who does not smoke Tobacco-free campus over a period of 4 years Students do not support it. 9.
