Use my manners and be polite to others and this will show that I respect myself. Transportation Changes Please help us prevent tears, fears and confusion at dismissal time. Contact the office for all transportation changes. The best was is online. You will find a button on the fist page of Pinebrook’s website to submit. The office will issue a dismissal pass and let me know of the change. If there is an early pick-up, your child will called to the office when you arrive and request him/her. Thank you. Clinic Policies Much can be handled in the classroom, but your child may need to go to the clinic for symptoms like these: A fever An open cut or sore A headache or fever A stomachache or nausea Any signs of an allergic reaction Remember we cannot have medications in the classroom. All medication must be brought into the clinic and administered there. Be sure to post a note to me regarding homework in the agenda with your comments and concerns. Thanks. Homework is each child’s responsibility. This includes packing it coming and going. Classroom Disruptions In an emergency I need and want to be alerted, but often my phone rings during class instruction. The office calls to let me know that a lunch box, homework, ect. is in the office. Please understand that while these things are important, they are not emergencies. If we get a call during class, your child will go and get whatever is in the office on our trip to the lunchroom. In this way we will be able to keep up with our lessons.
