Create and Design a Fundraising Event Poster

Think of a product, service or event to do a fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness
Month.
Students will be able to:
 Create a professionally designed fundraiser event poster.
 Format using font, font size, style, word art, borders, text boxes and insert
images.
Include the following in your poster:










A Title. Use a strong, easy to read font for the poster title.
A border
2 or more graphic image(s) that help illustrate the fundraiser.
A graphic image of the product, service or event being advertised.
A bulleted list of features and highlights of the product, service or event.
List 1 or 2 facts about breast cancer as an attention grabber for you
audience.
Information about how an interested reader can purchase the product,
service or attend the event.
Examples: address, Web site address, phone number
A special offer that entices readers to purchase the product, service or
attend the event.
Consider using discounts, coupons, or other special premiums to enhance
appeal of your advertisement.
Margins set at Narrow.
Add additional text and/or graphic elements to help enhance the look and design
of the document. Use a maximum of two different fonts.
Format the size, style, and placement of the text and other elements on the
document so that it projects a professional design. (Use Vertical Alignment to
Center text)
