Exempt Employee Association
Welcome to the Exempt Employee Association.
All of us on the Executive Committee would like to welcome you to the EEA organization and encourage you to
become an active member of EEA. EEA is your organization to ensure that your voice is being heard by the
university. It is also one of your pathways to become involved in the university community. This involvement can
range from just attending EEA meetings to representing exempt employees on committees across the university
community.

Mission
To provide administrators and professional staff a vehicle through which to:


Speak in a united voice;
Maintain an educational environment that is conducive to the university's mission of teaching, learning,
research, and service; and
Recommend to the president on matters relating to administrative and professional staff welfare or morale,
personnel policy and procedures.
