A letter from the ESC- attachment
KJ thinks this is a great idea, within 2 weeks from today he will draft a response to this communication by the Oct. 25th. Jenn feels that it is
important to announce the location of the BOD meeting has not been changed but that the meetings held in 301 are held so because of scheduling
conflicts. Just for discussion, Clint adds to the audience if students don't know where SURC 301 is it would be helpful for students to find it since
a lot of public meetings are held in that room. Sexpertise, is being held up there tonight after the meeting and KJ will be attending if you would
like to follow.
