The John A. Shoudy Dietetic Internship Undergraduate Nutrition Scholarships were established to enhance the CWU Food Science and Nutrition undergraduate programs. Up to eight scholarships of $500 each will be awarded for spring 2012. In addition, one dietetic intern will receive the $500 Nancy
Buergel Dietetic Intership scholarship. The deadline for applying for a scholarship is at 5PM on February 24. Application materials need to be received electronically by Prof. Linda Cashman (cashmanl@cwu.edu).

1. A one to two-page, typed and double-spaced essay i) discussing your commitment to the field of food science and nutrition, ii) your career goals, iii) how you have distinguished yourself during the dietetic internship.
2. Provide a list of all courses taken as part of Dietetic Internship and the grades you earned in those courses.
