How will this exchange contribute to your department and/or the university? To the
overall internationalization of the curriculum? (specific sources or programs,
interdisciplinary linkages or exchanges, colloquia)

Rights and Responsibilities:
Participants in exchange programs are private citizens retaining the right of personal and
intellectual freedom generally accepted by the educational community. However such
participants also represent CWU and are responsible for exercising discretion and
judgment in all of their actions and utterances, both public and private, to avoid actions
incompatible with the objectives of the exchange program and/or violation of
Washington State laws and regulations and the policies and procedures of CWU.
Though the acceptance of an exchange is not intended to limit the rights of participants to
express their views as individuals on political, social, religious or other subjects, they
shall realize that improper use of the name of Central Washington University in this
regard must be avoided.
I agree to submit a written report of my exchange/teaching abroad experience within 90
days after the exchange and to participate in other activities to disseminate information
on international exchanges.
I also agree to distribute literature describing CWU programs to students and staff at the
partner university, as well as to participate in some OISP organized activities after my
return to CWU.
By my signature I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the information provided
