Facilities (CF) for evaluation of technical merit.
CF returns recommendation to Procurement for
negotiation.
Contract Administrator finalizes negotiations and
requests authorization (Requisition) from Project Office.
CF processes Baseline Change Request (BCR) and
Requisition.
Contract Administrator issues Contract Modification.
