Schedule
Original LCLS CF schedule indicated 28 months for the
entire scope (including the CLOC)
Approved schedule (Jan 07) from CMGC for Beam-Path
construction presented by TCCo and approved by LCLS
(Aug 06 – June 08) indicates 22 months plus 2-3 months
for close-out (as-builts, O&M manuals, etc)
Concerns have developed with significant negative float
being reported against Co-Occupancy milestones in
monthly schedules within the initial 90 days of approved
Baseline Schedule
LCLS has made several requests for recovery plan schedule
CMGC has suggested recovery options that are currently being
reviewed and analyzed
Beneficial Occupancy milestones are threatened
