7 THINGS YOU CAN DO TO START LOVING YOUR BODY
 Create a list of all the things your body can do. Read it and add
to it often.
 Walk with your back straight and your head held up.
 Wear comfortable clothes that you like and that feel good to
your body.
 Be your body's friend and supporter, not its enemy.
 Make a list of 10 positive things about yourself that have
nothing to do with your appearance. Add to it at least once a
week.
 Put signs on your mirrors that say, "I am beautiful, inside & out."
 Act like a baby again: Eat when you are hungry. Rest when
you are tired.
 Surround yourself with people who remind you of your inner
strength and beauty.
