7 THINGS YOU CAN DO TO START LOVING YOUR BODY Create a list of all the things your body can do. Read it and add to it often. Walk with your back straight and your head held up. Wear comfortable clothes that you like and that feel good to your body. Be your body's friend and supporter, not its enemy. Make a list of 10 positive things about yourself that have nothing to do with your appearance. Add to it at least once a week. Put signs on your mirrors that say, "I am beautiful, inside & out." Act like a baby again: Eat when you are hungry. Rest when you are tired. Surround yourself with people who remind you of your inner strength and beauty.
