Implementation of LCLS Construction Policies &
Procedures, ISMS
Contractor management is key. Scheduling has been
nearly linear up to now.
Cost/Schedule Risk
Late design change and late design may impact cost
and schedule. (Cable Tray and process water)
Contractor ISMS learning curve has impacted early
contractor schedule
