How to Add the New Inventory Search Tool with Pictures
Creating the Search Tool Quicklink
1. Start at the AiM WorkDesk and click on the System Administrator option in the Menu
2. Click on Quicklink
3. Click on the Inventory module
4. Click on the green PLUS (+) icon
5. Click on the Report option
6. Click on the green arrow to move to the next screen
7. Click on the arrow at the end of the Path field
8. Click on Inventory Search Tool in the drop down list
9. Type a name for the report in the Title field, for example: Inventory Search with Pictures
10. Enter a number in the Sequence field [numbers can be reused]
11. Click on SAVE
Using the Search Tool:
Return to the WorkDesk and click on the new Quicklink
Here is what the search tool looks like
Type the search terms separated by a space. The number of search terms you can use is unlimited.
The result looks like this
To do a different search click on the Refresh/Reload/Reset button. NOTE: The circular arrow is the same
icon on different browsers, but different browsers will have the button in different locations.
