INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION Interns that work at interbooker receive a comprehensive professional and educational experience in a young, dynamic and international business. The program offers real work responsibilities and at the end of the internship, one will have a strong sense of accomplishment and an in-depth understanding of what it is like to work in a charged environment and a fast-paced industry. As a booking manager you should make sure that holiday apartments of different owners throughout Europe are fully booked using various websites such as Booking.com and Airbnb. We will give you the responsibility over a certain part of our portfolio of holiday rentals. You should track and synchronize calendars, optimize prices, monitor online reviews and adapt your marketing strategy for the best possible results. You will work together with a small team of other booking managers, guided by a yield manager. We are a young start-up and all our booking managers are in their twenties, therefore there is a relaxed and energizing atmosphere. The best interns are given the opportunity for a full-time position upon graduation. INTERNSHIP OFFER REQUIREMENTS Full business proficiency in English Reliable, caring, well-organized, accurate, precise, hands-on mentality and a team player. Advantages: Experience in hospitality industry, property management or revenue management. Experience with booking websites. French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch speaking. 20-29 years old. WORKING HOURS Full-time, available 5 full days per week, of which 1 day in the weekend. Furthermore, the working hours are very flexible and one will have enough time to work on projects for university as well. REMUNERATION We offer a free furnished room in a big modern luxury apartment with common swimming pool, where you can live next to the office. (Or a monthly internship grant if you already live in Malta or Gibraltar). For the first 2 months a senior booking manager will mentor/teach/coach you. After two months you should be able to work by yourself and join in on the same personal monthly bonus that our permanent booking managers also get After 2 months: performance bonus of € 0 - € 500. The system will calculate it automatically using fixed indicators on how well you score.
