Friend of 4-H
Nomination
Each club is encouraged to submit a nomination of an individual(s) or business that has many
years of outstanding contributions to 4-H in Lewis County for the Friend of 4-H Award to be
recognized at Recognition Night.
Nominations are due to the Extension Office by October 1st.
Current or recent 4-H volunteers are not eligible for this award.
