NOTE: Students receiving a scholarship at OSU need to contact the University Scholarships Office at least
one month prior to going out on an internship, to request a leave of absence. Otherwise they could lose
their scholarships. The first year students will need to do this again next year before their second
internship. Students who have loans should contact their lenders to inform them of internship status.
