AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY
AGREEMENT made by and between seller (Jenks Public Schools), and <insert name of buyer>
(Buyer).
For good consideration it is agreed between the parties that:
1. Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to buy the following described property:<revise as needed>
1. Vendor purchase up to 12 of the remaining rotary file systems. Vendor to be responsible for
disassembly and removal of the units from the Central Campus Administration Building.
2. Vendor to relocate and make operative three units in Human Resources office area to Sooner building,
special education file room.
3. Vendor to perform inspection, evaluation, generate a detailed list of needed adjustment, repairs
and/or replacement of the existing 13 units. (Two do not rotate properly. Three do not lock properly.)
4. If vendor recommends replacing any of the 13 exiting units in the Special Education file room, vendor
and the school representative will mutually agree upon a replacement plan using any of the existing
units in the current Administrative Building.
5. All repair and/or replacement cost to be absorbed by the vendor.
6. Work to completed by Friday, 4:00 pm, March 26, 2010. Vendor to have access to begin removal at
8:00 am on Wednesday, March 17, 2010.
7. Vendor to warrant all units (those moved and existing units) for a period of one year.
8. Vendor to key or rekey replaced or moved units to match existing key used for existing units.
9. If replacing any of the potential 13 units, vendor to include that unit in the purchase quote.
2. Buyer agrees to pay to Seller the total purchase price of $<insert amount> ; payable as follows: by
cash, cashier’s check or company check certified by bank to have funds available at time of transfer
3. Seller warrants it has full legal title to said property, authority to sell same, and that said property
shall be sold free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and claims.
4. Said property is sold in "as is" condition, Seller disclaiming any warranty of merchantability or
working order or condition of the property except that it shall be sold in its present condition.
5. The parties agree to transfer title on <insert date>, at 205 East B Street, Jenks OK 74037.
6. This agreement shall be binding and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and
personal representatives.
