Chapter 262.550-262.620 R. S. Mo. 1969 (sometimes referred to as H. Bill 153) states that each general farm
organization in a county having a membership of 25 or more persons shall have an appointed member on the
extension council and that such members be appointed by the farm organization in such manner as that
organization may determine.
