Demarcation of production boundary of each subsector is necessary
of surveying purpose in order to avoid double counting or
incomplete coverage:

Production, income or labor covered by establishment survey
should not be covered by the survey on informal sector that rely
on household surveys.

Production, income or labor surveyed through agriculture
statistics based on land use and other techniques should also
not be covered by establishment survey or household surveys.
