One academic letter of recommendation is required and should be sent separately from your
reference by April 15, 2016 . An additional recommendation from a community leader or
employer may also be included, as a second, optional recommendation. Only the academic
reference is required.

Instructions for Submission
Please include your responses directly in this document, save as a file in Word format with
your name in the subject, and send it as an attachment to
polandpolin@centrumtaubego.org.pl along with your CV/resume and a scan of your most
recent transcript as additional attachments.
*The applicants will be notified about their application status on April 30, 2016.
Please Note: All itineraries are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control
including weather, road or trail conditions, and flight schedules.
Exploring Poland/Polin program participants must cover airfare, travel and medical
insurance as well as all personal expenses including four meals during the program (1 lunch
and 1 dinner in both Krakow and Warsaw).
X. IN CASE YOU ARE ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM
Your personal impressions and feedback from the trip are very valuable to us.
We would like to use them a testimonials encouraging future participants to take part in
Exploring Poland/Polin experience.
Please choose a project you would like to conduct and submit upon your return home. We
would like to discuss the topic of your presentation before you come back to the United
States.
If you express agreement, we will promote your project on our Social Media and Website.
• A personal essay (up to 500 words)
• Power Point Presentation, including photos, of the most impactful moments from the trip
• An interview with a person/scholar/guide/peer/speaker who made the biggest impression
on you (format: written or recorded)
• Short video, which best represents your experiences (max. 3 minutes long)
