Sydney Genesis Start Up Program Mentors Pool
Sydney Genesis team mentors are paired up with up to two Sydney Genesis teams to advice
on their business proposals and pitch presentations. We estimate three meetings per team will
be needed and mentors would be asked to be available online during these weeks. Meeting
can be held face to face and/or online.
The estimated total time commitment for Team Mentors is 8 to 12 hours throughout the
semester. Meetings can be held at the place of your convenience. Team Mentors are highly
encouraged to come to the Kick Off Night and Final Pitch, both held at the University campus.
If mentoring a team is not possible for you, we also have what we called core mentors. Core
mentors come to the University two times during the program to give feedback to all teams on
their presentations. Those sessions are two hours long, from 5 to 7pm. If you are interested in
this option, you don’t need to fill out the form below, please send your EOI to
Sydney.genesis@sydney.edu.au and our team will contact you with more details.
