INFORMATION FOR CONTRACTORS
The following information is provided in answer to questions raised by Potential Contractors prior to
the deadline for questions. This addendum #3 contains 1 pages in total.
Q1:
……..hopes of removing the water away from the tent drip line can you please provide a site plan
with storm drains plotted on it so to be able to see what the distance we would have to move water
or provide what your thoughts are in to where the water should go, including distance from
structures ie:french drain, drainage pit, or other…..
A1:
This will be a detailed conversation with the successful proponent – storm drains are
available within 100 feet of the Musical Ride Tent, while the Main Tent (100x300) is adjacent to
a main road with its own storm drainage.
For the sake of providing bids which can be easily evaluated, please allow for downspout
hardware (or similar method in your proposed solution) which can move water 100 feet
horizontally away from both sides of each tent.
