ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
 Work under the supervision of the Flight Operations Base Manager.
 Assist the Chief Pilot and other Flight Operations & Inflight management as necessary.
 Process delay report information as required.
 Assist with the administration/tracking of drug testing for pilots and flight attendants.
 Post and distribute any required postings as directed by management.
 Schedule/organize (to include travel and refreshments) and post monthly pilot meetings, forums and
flight attendant meetings.
 Responsible for measuring, ordering and distribution of new hire pilot uniforms (MEM only).
 Responsible for currency of all Flight Operations manuals maintained in the Flight Operations Office.
 Inventory office supplies and forward list of needed items to the Flight Operations Administrative
Assistant.
 Maintain Flight Operations and Inflight files, pilot V-files, bulletin boards, personnel files and other
information distribution systems.
 Answer phones and forward messages as required.
 Originate and/or process required administrative documents in an accurate and timely manner
including address and domicile status changes.
 Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Company and Departmental policies and procedures
to include the ability to accurately respond to basic pilot and flight attendant questions.
 Prepare and print documents such as memos, letters and reports as needed.
 Assist Base Manager in distribution of required reports on probationary pilots.
 Maintain Crew Check- in room and ensure printers and fax have paper, ink ribbons, and forms drawer
is fully stocked with required forms.
 Track and process Crew Communication, Incident and Flight Safety Reports.
 Have a clean driving record and acquire a 2 on their SIDA for driving on ramp.
 Monitor and chart our daily performance.
 Uphold all Company policies, procedures, Mission Statement, Guiding Principles and Company rules
as outlined in the Company Employee Handbook.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned from time to time.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking
and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, etc. not in excess of 30 lbs.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Can involve long periods of sitting. Computer work, in a typical office environment, subject to critical
deadlines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 Interpersonal skills  Ability to type at approximately 40 wpm  Organizational skills  Written and
verbal communications skills to include ability to draft correspondence  Good computer skills to include
working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Lotus Notes  Airline experience preferred  Working
knowledge of PARS/Worldflight preferred  Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects 
Customer service oriented (internal and external)  Adaptability to rapid changes  Must be able to meet
deadlines and communicate status of assignments to appropriate individuals  Valid Drivers License with
clean record
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work extra hours when necessary. Some travel may be necessary. Must possess valid
drivers license and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company
insurance coverage.
