Stacy Johnson draws upon over 15 years of legal experience to assist the Labor and
Employment group in a variety of matters. Her experience includes all phases of
discovery, review and analysis of case claims, conducting research and case
management.
Stacy has extensive experience with class action lawsuits involving wage and hour
violations (minimum wage, overtime, meal and rest break violations, final pay
violations).
She excels in the identification, gathering and analysis of e-discovery, which has
played a major role in supporting employer side claims of violations of trade secrets,
non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, breach of contract
and misappropriation.
