Pamela Jacklin is a retired partner of the firm and focused her practice on issues
relating to transmission of electricity and interconnection of generation to the grid,
expansion and restructuring of electric transmission and markets and representing
clients before regional and national regulatory agencies, including the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC).
Representative Work

Advised clients on interconnection strategy and negotiate interconnection
agreements with RTOs/ISOs, the Bonneville Power Administration, investorowned utilities and nonjurisdictional publicly owned utilities.

Represented clients in due diligence process involving acquisition of target wind
development companies, including assessments of interconnection and
transmission issues.

Represented a large, investor-owned utility in its efforts to establish an RTO in the Pacific Northwest.

Represented an investor-owned utility in the BPA subscription process and settled the client's claim against BPA under the
Residential Purchase and Exchange Program.
