Sarah H. Arnett
Experience
Sarah Arnett provides advice and counsel to clients to resolve and avoid employment
related claims. She represents employers in defending a wide variety of labor and
employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, non-compete and
confidentiality agreements, and wage and hour claims. Sarah has represented clients
in an array of commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes contract
disputes, professional malpractice defense and other complex litigation. In addition,
Sarah also counsels health care providers on responding to patient data breaches and
related HIPAA security and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Sarah was a senior associate in the litigation group at the
Boise office of Parsons Behle & Latimer.
