Timothy K. Conde
Experience
Tim Conde is a partner engaging in a complex litigation practice, with an emphasis in
trade secret, patent disputes, unfair competition, and other commercial disputes. He
also represents clients in commercial contract disputes, business torts, employment,
and professional negligence matters. Tim has represented small and large businesses,
accountants, and attorneys. Tim has been involved in litigation in a variety of other
areas, including election, contruction, and oil and gas law. He has also assisted with
writing legislation and sheperding it through the legislative process. Tim is the hiring
partner for the firm's Salt Lake City Office.
Tim was a law clerk to the Honorable Paul G. Cassell in the U.S. District Court for the
District of Utah (2004-2005).
