Maggie represents a wide variety of clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation in both federal and state court, and in arbitration. Maggie has significant experience managing multi-million dollar disputes involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and tortious interference. Maggie's practice area covers a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, agribusiness, energy, and medical devices.
