Experience
Landon Allred assists firm clients with litigation in a wide variety of areas. He focuses
on providing efficient, intelligent, and pragmatic solutions to clients’ complex issues.
Landon has counseled clients on disputes related to, among other things, division of
business interests, mixed-use commercial property, residential real property, energy
production, securities investments, toxic torts, patent infringement, trademark,
probate, and employee termination. He regularly assists clients before the Utah and
Wyoming public service commissions, and on issues related to commercial lending,
such as California’s Homeowner Bill of Rights (HBOR), TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and FCRA.
