Kevin M. Cuddy
Experience
Kevin Cuddy is Of Counsel in the firm’s Litigation group. He has appeared in state and
federal courts on a wide array of general commercial litigation matters, ranging from
breach of contract and tort claims to environmental and oil and gas matters to
complex insurance disputes. Kevin also has experience handling mediations and
arbitrations in Alaska.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Kevin was with Feldman Orlansky & Sanders in Anchorage
(2008-2014) and Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston (2000-2008).
Representative Work

Represented a major oil and gas company in a two-week evidentiary hearing and
secured a denial of the government’s request to revoke the company’s probation
due to alleged Clean Water Act violations.



Won summary judgment for a coalition of Alaska Native groups who challenged
Anchorage, AK
the government’s overbroad designation of critical habitat for polar bears under
