ABSTRACT A three (3) month experiment involving the observation of incidence and severity of pathogenic diseases on Unilorin, Teak Plantation was conducted, the percentage incidence and percentage severity for general and specific diseases, such as bacterial and viral infection were examined on an hectored of land (evaluated land area)in Unilorin Teak Plantation, the data collected were subject to analysis of variance and the difference in treatment was differentiated using least significant difference (L.S.D). It was observed after the analysis of data that the effect of period of the year and the location of trees in the field has a great influence on the percentage incidence and severity after the observation period (three month), one time of year of was observed that the severity of pathogenic disease (Bacterial blight and mosaic inflection) became severe at December, than November and October also on location on trees on field was observed based on the analyzed data that location has a great effect on the incidence and severity of the diseases the of year under observation are October, November and December while for locating trees on field is from location 1 to 20
