Experience
Bryan Hawkins is an associate in the Trial section of the Litigation group. Bryan's practice focuses on complex business, employment and environmental litigation matters. His experience includes representing clients in general business litigation matters; environmental claims relating to CERCLA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water
Act, Proposition 65 and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); employment matters and litigation of both common law and statutory land use claims.
Bryan was an associate at Allen Matkins LLP. Bryan has also gained extensive trial experience through his participation in the Volunteer District Attorney Program at the
San Francisco County District Attorney's Office. During this three-month program,
Bryan assumed the role of a deputy district attorney and was independently responsible for the prosecution of a variety of crimes, including assault, battery, theft, arson, and driving under the influence.
