Amy Edwards
Experience
Amy Edwards is a partner of the firm and a member of the Litigation group who
focuses on trust and estates disputes. She has represented fiduciaries and
beneficiaries in a broad range of trust and estate matters, including will contests,
breach of fiduciary duty litigation, claims disputes, and contested guardian and
conservatorships. In addition, she has worked on litigation matters for tax exempt
organizations.
Amy was formerly a law clerk for The Honorable Bobbe J. Bridge, Washington Supreme
Court (2001-2002); a participant in the Federal Appellate Advocacy Program,
University of Washington School of Law (2001); a summer associate at Stoel Rives
(2000); a legal intern in the Office of Washington Governor Gary Locke (1999); and a
fund-raiser for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (1995-1998).
Representative Matters

First chaired evidentiary hearing in the successful prosecution of a contested
guardianship petition on behalf of a hospital.

Represented professional fiduciary in successfully defending a multiparty will
contest involving a $1 million estate.


