[Summarising the eventual outputs and outcomes compared with the original business
case including benefits achieved to date, residual benefits to be achieved, and variations
from the business case]
Review of Project Objectives
[How did the project perform against planned targets for time, cost, quality, scope,
benefits and risk? Were the project’s strategies and controls effective?]
Review of Team Performance
[How did the team work? For example, were the right people involved from the start?
Provide recognition for good performance]
Review of Outputs/ Deliverables
[Were outputs or deliverables completed according to the original plan? What is missing
and what was added?]
