Recording MATLAB bookings via CMIS
The University needs to be able to record the number of MATLAB licenses in use at any one time,
both when used for teaching and by researchers etc. In order to record the use of MATLAB in
teaching we are able to add the extra information to the bookings already held in CMIS.
To record MATLAB use:


Open the required event in CMIS
Select Rooms in the event

Click the Edit button
The following screen is opened.


In the Equipment drop down select MATLAB
To the right of this select the type of license you wish to use

Click New to add the MATLAB license

Click OK
To record the number of licenses in use
In the Event window

Highlight the room that has been allocated

In the Size Used box, enter the number of licenses to be used in this session

Click OK to exit the event
