FWITBAL - Trial Balance Form which contains asset, liability and fund balance data
To query, enter the following required data:
Chart:
Fiscal Year:
Period:
Fund:
Account:
Chart-of-account, enter E
Enter two digits
The accounting period, may leave blank. If left blank, the data is from
July 01 to the current date. The accounting period range is 01 through 12;
01 = July, 02 = August, 03 = September.
Six (6) digits
Five (5) characters; leave blank to view all accounts or enter specific
account
Press Page down key to view data. Click on Rollback icon to start a new query.
Click on Option, General Ledger data to view details.
FWITBSR - Trial Balance Summary Form
Contains asset, liability and fund balance data; it is similar to the Trial balance
FWITBAL but you can also query at a higher level fund type.
To query, enter the following required data:

Fiscal Year:
Period:
Chart-of-account, enter E
Enter two digits
The accounting period, may leave blank. If left blank, the data is from
July 01 to the current date. The accounting period range is 01 through 12;
01 = July, 02 = August, 03 = September.
Fund:
Six (6) digits
Or Fund Type: Two (2) digits; higher level fund. If fund type is used, Fund code must
be blank. For example, Fund type 11= Budget operations, Fund type
21 = Housing.
Account:
Five (5) characters; leave blank to view all accounts or enter specific
account.
Or Account
Two (2) digits; higher level account . If account type is used, account
Type:
code must be blank. For example, Account type 13= Receivables,
Account type 21= Payables

Notes:
 FWITBSR is a summary form so you cannot drill down to the detail transactions.
To view detail transactions, use form FWITBAL.

Cash on hand –Interfund (account A0901): cash available for operating
expenses

In FWITBAL the fund balance is updated once a year in July. In FWITBSR the
fund balance is updated currently.
