RIGHT-OF-WAY CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
This Permit for construction on the public right-of-way is hereby issued in keeping with the City of Athens
Rights-of-Way Management Ordinance and all other applicable rules, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Failure to comply with the Rights-of-Way Management Ordinance will result in the immediate revocation of this Permit and an
order to stop work will be issued until such time that all provisions are adequately met and the permit has been reissued.
Permittee is responsible for contacting the Athens Utilities Board to discuss utility services and locations.
Permittee is responsible for making Tennessee One Call 72 hours prior to excavation - toll free: 800-351-1111.
This Permit is valid for six (6) months from the issue date.
