Administrative CO-Assistant– Job Description
Part-Time - 12 hours a week. Compensation: Monthly stipend or tuition remission.
The Campus Kitchens Project seeks to engage the UDM students and the surrounding community
By combating hunger and building relationships.
Description: Administrative CO-Assistant is responsible for the clerical portion for Campus Kitchen at
UDM (CKUDM).
Responsibilities Include:











Assist Manager as needed with office work, for example:
o Maintaining Databases
o Creating and Posting flyers
o Copying agendas
o Delivering on-campus Mail
o Event set-up/clean-up
Collaborate with the CK Manager and Advisory Team in goal setting
o Obtain input from LT prior to goal setting meeting with AT or have a joint AT/LT meeting
Oversee Food Storage and Safety
Provide training for program and safety procedures
o Troubleshoot and Assist as needed
o Fill in for Project Coordinators who cannot complete their duties, or find a replacement
Collaborate with the Administrative Coordinator to
o Recruit Leadership Team members
o Meet with students who are interested in CKUDM, to determine the best placement
Assist the Administrative Coordinator by
o Helping to plan the agenda and run Leadership Team meeting
o Be prepared to fill in for Administrator Coordinator
Prepare monthly and annual reports for the Campus Kitchens Project (CKP) including collecting
data from Leadership Team members as needed
Apprise and involve the Manager and Advisory Team in matters of importance to the success of
CKUDM, including attendance at monthly Advisory Team meeting and bi-weekly coordinators
meetings.
Attend the Campus Kitchens Project National Leadership Conference and/or “Boot Camp” and,
other CKP workshops, webinars as necessary
Manage CKUDM calendar
Operate and edit CKUDM social media and website pages as needed

