Job Description: Coordinator of Ford Community Corps at UDM Institute for Leadership and Service Main Role: Serve as the administrative support for the Ford Community Corps Partnerships (FCCP) o http://www.udmercy.edu/institute/FCCPatUDM Other Roles: Serve as administrative support for ILS meetings – steering committee / advisory board / curriculum of service sub-committee, and other office affairs if needed FCCP Task matrix: Communication (Emails & meetings) Documentation Marketing Logistics BlackBoard Meetings w/ co-directors, faculty, student leaders, Ford representatives, and UDM admins Update or create program related documents (e.g. brochure, slides, etc.), keep track Compose meeting agenda and program interest, and maintain and update record minutes replication manuals. Create flyers and submit UDM event calendar & Campus Connection, create and send announcement emails, etc. Reserve meeting locations, print and copy materials, invite attendees, and process paperwork when needed. Organize and update syllabus, course content, and course events Website Update website content Finance Issue Reimbursements and Payments, Track Spending, Reconcile Accounts Other w/ co-directors and committee members Disseminate meeting minutes and agendas Other w/ UDM admins/staff Update ILS strategic vision, org’l charts, etc. Issue Reimbursements, Reconcile Accts Assist ILS research projects (e.g. Service-Learning), Assist ILS events, and investigate possible ServiceLearning partnerships and innovative and effective improvements for ILS operations. Required Core Competencies Competencies in writing, work with technology (Microsoft Office, Facebook, etc.), and public speaking. Excellent organizational skills. Effective time management skill and ability to meet deadlines. Self-directive task management. Ability to ask questions or conduct independent investigation to better achieve task goals. Desirable Competencies Passion for Community Engagement. Basic knowledge of leadership theories and community engagement. Other computer competencies: (Blackboard, Cascade, Prezi, doodle, surveymonkey) Skills in data analyses (quantitative and qualitative).
