Suggestions
Walking shoes heel goes close to the ground and
curves in allowing you to roll from heel to toe.
Don’t want foot to slap with a higher, running
heel
Stiff sole allow stability and flexability
Some cushioning at the heel and rear of foot
Tips for buying a good shoe
Go by how they feel on your feet not size,
sizes vary
Toes should wiggle but not slide around
Try on with your normal socks
Make sure heels don’t slip out . Walk around
the store to test
Don’t expect them to stretch
Buy shoes at the end of the day.
The more you walk around the more your feet
swell
