Training Benefit
Individual Exercises
Turnkey exercises can be run any time, anywhere – even at home
 Trainees’ time is the only cost
 Repeatable to sustain “brain muscle memory” and retention
 Assists in properly acquainting, training, or refreshing new personnel on plans
and procedures.

Small Team Exercises
Can be run at the same site or geographically distributed
 Easy for users to set up and run
 Trainees’ time is the only cost
 Assists in properly acquainting, training, or refreshing new personnel on plans
and procedures.

Large Team Exercises
Establishes interaction and collaboration – Transit Agencies and DOT work in
one training environment
 Train-the-Trainer course and Scenario Builder course allow states to tailor
scenarios and run exercises without contractor support
