Overview:
The laboratory component of Physics 1050 is comprised of a math
skills review, statistics review, and several experiments.
To ensure that students have an adequate math background for the
course material a brief review of math will be provided during the
opening week of the semester.
Students are required to write a math quiz (10% of final grade).
There will be three opportunities to write the quiz (your highest quiz
mark will be used in your final grade calculation).
Lab manuals are available on line at:
http://www.uleth.ca/fas/phy/labs/index.htm
If you prefer, a hard copy of the manual is available for
photocopying from the Physics Department office(E-872).
Quiz solutions will be available on line at:
http://classes.uleth.ca/200903/phys10501/
Physics 1050 labs begin the week of September 14.
