In particular, students will be asked to do the following: Become familiar with and be able to discuss critically the concepts of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and stakeholder management Be able to identify different theories of ethics and apply them to corporate decisionmaking in a global context Examine critically the concepts of sustainability and social marketing Look at some of the specific implications of globalization for various stakeholders over time, and Participate in a group research project and oral presentation.
