Agree individual learning objectives with learner. Assist Learner with the identification of appropriate training materials which will meet their specific development needs. Agree a timetable for suitable study periods with your Line Manager Review your progress regularly with your line manager. Complete an on-line evaluation of the web-based learning materials when requested. Inform the LRC if your training needs have been met and therefore no longer require access to the learning materials. Consider opportunities for the learner to practice their new skills in the work place. Meet regularly with the learner to review their progress, evaluate the effectiveness of their development and to determine any further development needs. Provide support and guidance to Learners whilst accessing webbased learning materials. Evaluate effectiveness of the materials with the learner.
