Constitution Updates: Final version will be sent to Danielle and posted on Blusync
soon.
TRIO Day: TRIO Day was Tuesday, March 31st. It went well, and the workshops were
very informative.
Burrachos Fundraiser: Tuesday, April 21st, 5-9 pm. The Advisory Board meeting will
be held at Burrachos at 5:00 on the 21st. Flyers will be made using Eyasu’s design. We
will print 100 sheets of paper. 50 of them will have four small flyers on each sheet,
giving us about 200 flyers to hand out to people. 50 sheets will each be printed as one
large flyer to hang in the academic buildings as well as the dorms. The small flyers will
be printed in black and white for .14 each, and the large flyers will be printed in color for
.38 each. The cost should come to $27 dollars, including $1 for cutting the flyers. We
also plan to write on the white boards in the academic buildings. Eyasu will ask about
getting our flyer on the TV screens in Davies. Sean also suggested getting a table set up
in Davies the day of the fundraiser to raise awareness.
Nursing Home Visit: Mason was not here, so we will discuss this at the next meeting.

T- Shirt Results: The fourth t-shirt design won the vote with 30 votes. Tony contacted
L.E. Philips asking about a quote, and was told they will get back to him in the next 24
hours. We are waiting to see what the quote is to determine a price per shirt. Bruce will
send out an email soon asking how many people are interested in purchasing a shirt.
End of the Year Event: There will be an end of the year picnic on Tuesday, May 5th.
The Advisory Board meeting will be held at 5:00pm prior to the cookout beginning at
5:30pm until 7:00pm. Tony will see about reserving a location on lower campus.
Meeting Times for Fall 2015: Not enough people have set up their fall class schedules,
so we will discuss next meeting.
Special Elections: Tony and Sean are graduating this semester, so the Vice President will
take over the President’s position, and a new Vice President needs to be elected as well as
a Publicity Officer. You can bring nominations to the next meeting, where we’ll begin to
elect new officers.
