
Copy of spouse’s I-20 that lists you as a dependent

Copies of primary F1 spouse’s immigration documents – passport, visa, I-94 record
Note:
You must be accepted to UMass Dartmouth before you can file the change of status application from F2 to F1.
You may not begin the degree program until the application is approved nor accept any employment.
