your Sport Club state account and managed by University Recreation.)

Copying and duplicating
Fax (From Recreation Office, 7:45-4:30 Monday-Friday)
Telephone (From Recreation Office, 7:45-4:30 Monday-Friday)
Entry or registration fees to compete or attend events (with proper documentation)
Reimbursement of travel expenses (hotel, mileage with proper documentation)
UW-Eau Claire Fleet Vehicles
Spectator and/or other Advertising
Miscellaneous expenses
The procedure/paperwork for expending your sport club dollars will be different for each of the
above types of purchases listed. You will need to contact me and I will guide you through each
individual process.
