I, Councillor Antrobus Lead Member for Planning in exercise of the powers
conferred on me by Paragraphs H8 (a) (vi) and J (a) (v) of the Scheme of
Delegation of the Council do hereby
Approve the recommendation to sign the Novation Agreement that confirms the
change of ownership of Morrison Highways Maintenance to Galliford Try.
The Reasons are this approval ensures formal acknowledgement of the legal
responsibilities transferring to Galliford Try from Anglian Water Group the previous
owners of Morrison Highways Maintenance

The source of funding: No, change to existing funding arrangements. Management
Fee paid by Sustainable Regeneration Directorate
