To seek approval for the retrospective consent for the erection of a porch at 12 Gee Lane,
Winton, Eccles, M30 8NH.
RECOMMENDATION.
I recommend that the Lead Member approve the transaction as detailed below.
INFORMATION.
The above property is subject to a 999 year Lease dated February 2nd 1965. Terms of the
Lease state that Landlords Consent should be sought for any alterations/extensions. The
property currently being sold and the vendors solicitor has requested retrospective
consent for the erection of a porch on the front of the premises.
