UPDATE
That a report regarding the outcomes of premises
applications be submitted to the Panel on a quarterly basis.
Deputy Director of Environment to provide a further update
with regard to GMP CCTV conditions

That the Deputy Director of Environment provide a report on
the conditions and terms test that drivers have to take
including copies of both tests for Members to view.
That the Licensing Section issue a press release regarding
relevant convictions.
That the clerk to the Panel provides the Panel with a copy of
the Council Constitution prior to the implementation of the
Local Government Act 2000.
That the Chairman provides the Panel with an update
regarding the complaint to Greater Manchester Police and
the Private Hire Driver on the A6.
