BACKGROUND
A request has been made by Salford Drug Action Team, for them to use the attached artwork on
hackney carriage vehicles in the City of Salford.
The Principal Licensing Officer has delegated powers to approve advertising, unless the advert
relates to ‘drugs, alcohol or tobacco’. Therefore, Members are requested to note this report and
approve the attached artwork.
